• "Not Yet Remembered" photograph won the Digital Arts Award at the Annual Alameda On Camera event, hosted by the Frank Bette Center For The Arts, Alameda, March 25, 2011.

IN THE STUDIO

• 2011 - Carl is tracking a new CD at his home studio and at Merritt Sound Studios in Oakland. The new recording of jazz and looping guitar will features guest artists Jeff Oster horns, Michael Manring bass, Joe Venegoni percussion, Barbara Else flute, Kit Walker piano, Brian Knave drums, Celso Alberti percussion, Kelly Park piano, Robert Powell pedal steel and others.
